Sharon works closely with mid-size and growth company leadership teams and has the marketing, product management, revenue management, and analytics expertise to deliver successful growth strategies. She has helped more than 50 companies supercharge their revenue growth.

In addition to working directly with clients, she also leverages the Surgo team to fast-track client growth initiatives. She uses her experience and expertise to select the best Surgo revenue growth consultant for each client and monitors the success of each engagement.

With a background including data science, engineering, marketing, product management, and leadership development, Sharon analyzes trends to inform revenue growth strategy and leads the systems and change management elements of implementation.

Prior to joining Surgo, Beth served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Isos Technology, an Atlassian Platinum & Enterprise Solution Partner. During her 14 years at Isos, she was instrumental in driving growth and establishing brand authority, leveraging her deep understanding of market dynamics to craft compelling narratives and impactful campaigns. Under her leadership, Isos's marketing efforts expanded into audience segmentation, strategic channel development, and the exploration of emerging technologies such as AI-driven analytics and automation.
